Why Pennacle Properties

Welcome to my website! I have been in the real estate industry since 2001 and bought Pennacle Properties Inc. in 2011. My specialty area is Pensacola Beach but I do list and sell properties all over Escambia and Santa Rosa County including Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Pace, Milton, Cantonment and Perdido Key.

My philosophy is to follow “The Golden Rule”. I thoroughly enjoy the contract procedure and do my best to communicate throughout the entire process. I believe that knowledge is power and I love doing research. I continue to help my clients AFTER the sale and I’ve been in the top 4% of individual realtors since 2011.

I grew up in Pensacola but also lived for 19 years in Dallas, Chicago and Atlanta. I have a psychology degree from UWF and a minor in math and was an accountant for ten years while in Dallas. Both are a perfect fit for real estate. I’m a member of the Pensacola IMPACT 100 group and love being involved in the community. I enjoy bowling and golf when time permits. I also sing in my church choir and play the piano. I have a grown daughter who is a nurse. I’m also a member of the BBB.
